• Noise is expected to be kept at a tolerable level so as to not disturb neighbors
• The primary guest whose name is on the booking reservation must be staying/attending at the property
• Age requirement of 25 years or older
• Photo ID required upon check in
• A guest may not book a reservation for someone else
• Total of 6 guests allowed at the property (including adults, children, and infants)
• There will be a separate rental agreement form to fill out and sign
