The space:
The condo is like brand new. It was completely remodeled down to the studs last year. The unit has two bedrooms. The “master bedroom” has a queen bed, flat screen TV and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full) w/ closet. Master bath includes a new tub/shower combo & barn door slider. The other bathroom is slightly larger and has a nice walk-in shower! The condo has a new washer/dryer inside the unit. One thing to note, the unit has limited closet space. During the remodel, we chose to remove a small closet to make room for the big walk-in shower. Bottom line – there is only one closet in the condo to hang clothes; however, there is ample cabinet storage and drawer space in master bedroom to store your non-hanging clothes. Also, there is one parking space for each of the four condos in my building. Guests in my condo will have one parking space available to them, located in directly in front of the building. Additional vehicles will need to park up by the pool area or in any “guest” designated parking spot. Please be respectful of the other owners/guests and don’t occupy more than one parking spot in front of the building. Thanks!

Guest access:
You’ll have the entire condo to yourself, in addition to the balcony off the condo. There’s also a lower deck space below the condo where you can fish off the dock or just hang out. The pool and gazebo areas are also available for guests. Please respect the pool rules – and the other owners/guests.

Neighborhood overview:
The condo is located at Kleinshore Resort, one of the first lake resorts constructed on Lake Hamilton. Most of the homes and other structures in the resort date back to the early 1940s, when the resort was popular with the mobsters who commonly visited Hot Springs during that time. One of the homes actually operated as an illegal casino for a number of years. Lots of history here! The resort has kept its vintage, laid-back charm; however, most of the homes/condos have been significantly remodeled over the past few years. The common areas of the resort (pool area, docks, etc) are well maintained by the POA. Kleinshore Resort is a of a kind place on the lake – definitely a cool spot to relax and kick back. Located just minutes from Oaklawn Casino and downtown Hot Springs. The bypass is nearby, so the condo is just minutes from various restaurants and shopping areas. One of the most convenient lake locations in town!

Getting around:
Conveniently located on the main channel near the Hwy. 70 bridge. The bypass is very close so it’s convenient to all of Hot Springs restaurants and amenities. 10 minutes to downtown. 5 minutes to Oaklawn. Uber transportation available.

NEW CLEANING PROCEDURES:
We want you to know we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc. This is done after every stay. We use a very professional and well-trained cleaning crew who uses only the best professional cleaning products. As an added precaution, we supply additional cleaning supplies for our guests to use during their stay.
