PARKING
Guests may park in dedicated #502 parking space or anywhere that says “Guest Parking”.
HOUSE RULES
- Check in time: 4PM
- Check out time: 11AM
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Quiet hours: 10PM – 7PM
- Noise is expected to be kept at a tolerable level so as to not disturb neighbors
- Age requirement of 25 years or older for the primary guest booking
- The primary guest booking whose name is on the booking reservation must be staying/attending at the property. A guest may not book a reservation for someone else.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Total of 4 guests allowed at property (including adults, children, and infants)
- There will be a separate rental agreement form to fill out and sign
